"We have been supporting [ST Math] this long because they have developed one of the best and most effective approaches to helping students learn math that we’ve ever seen, with strong rigorous and significant student outcome data to prove it."
-- Peter Tavernise, Executive Director, Cisco Foundation

Spatial and Temporal (ST) Math uses innovative technology to teach math concepts, problem solving techniques, and critical thinking skills to elementary school children. Schools that fully implement ST Math see double, and even triple, the growth in math proficiency when measured against comparable schools.
The program reaches more than 1,000,000 students and 44,000 teachers in 45 states across the country.
ST Math costs about $25 to $29 per student annually in schools. That’s equivalent to about a quarter the cost of a textbook. For schools that embrace ST Math but need help funding the program, we often find like-minded philanthropic partners to assist. (Note: ST Math does not replace textbooks.)
